Buy anything else just to avoid dealing with rude technicians.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our Bosch washing machine is less than three years old and has been staining our laundry. When the ‘technicians’ came to look at my machine they were exceptionally rude. First I was told ‘I should know’ about the Bosch descaler but weren’t able to tell me where to purchase it. Then I was accused of using the wrong detergent. I promptly pulled out the OMO which clearly states compatible with Bosch and the technician then told me I’m using the wrong amount - I mean really? I’m pretty sure I know how to measure detergent. The machine stains on hot / cold / long / short cycles and none of this was asked about or troubleshooted. They were here for all of 5 minutes. The manner in which I was spoken to was so unbelievably condescending. This grey stain from Bosch machines is a known issue and there are literally hundreds of posts about it. The level of rudeness is actually unacceptable.
