BROKEN STOVE

I bought a bosch stove at game and ever since we bought it we had problems on the stove and with no joy from either game or bosch appliances my last plate gave in the stove not even 2 years old i can email you all the corresponds between me and the store i need some kind of assistance why should i pay for something that is of no use to me please
