Bosh and Contractor Bad Service

I Bought a dishwasher via Takealot from them on the 19th of January 2023, few days later i received an error on my machine and i informed bosh about it as requested.

An technician was sent to come and check what the issue was, he confirmed that it is the valve and that the part needs to be ordered from Germany. Never was i ever phoned with updates and ETA on this. I phoned Linden Appliances as they are the company doing the repairs and was i informed that she did try phoning me but couldnt get hold of me due to loadshedding (this is bull ****). However she informed me that the part will arrive on the 2nd of March as soon as she has conformation she will let me know...

On the 6th of March i phoned Linden again and the same lady answered she informed me that the correct part arrived, and repair will take place on the 7th of March 2023 which is today.

Well the technician was at my house the part he ordered was incorrect and my machine has still not been fixed after standing for over a month now. All Linden and Bosh as to say is it will take another 2 to 3 weeks for the correct part to arrive.

I feel this is unacceptable, they need to replace my unit.
