Bosch washing mashine

I have reported my washing machine in Oct 2019. It is still under guarantee. The technician was here and is worked for a while. I have reported is again as the mashine has the same error Technician has been here 3 times. I still get same error. I get no response from Bosch I still have a faulty machine and no one at Bosch is helpfull
