Bosch vacuum cleaner - no parts, cost higher than a new vacuum cleaner to repair no service

Brought a flexxo pro animal cordless vacuum cleaner took it for repairs and absolutely no help. I get passed to one person to the next and want to charge me R 1000.00 more than I can buy I new one for for a part? I can buy a new one for that price and no explanations the service centre treat you like *******. Worst service ever.
