Bosch Tumble Dryer Terrible Service

After purchasing a tumble dryer from Makro,with a 3 year guarantee, could never get the washing dried,even after using a spindle before the tumble dryer,I logged a call with Makro Ottery,who kindly got Bosch to come and check the machine,the machine was picked up and taken to there workshop in Caledon for repairs,and returned a few days later,the first time in use again,was 100 times worse,as water collected in drum,and every 2 to 3 minutes would cut off...I then phoned Makro again,and they kindly re booked for Technician to come out,who tested the machine,and it also cut out all the time,I then received an sms stating exchange authorised on 23rd BJ131098,and today I get a call saying they are going to repair,we refused repair,so how did the machine get to there workshop,and second time gentleman came saw problem,and after he was there and handed report in and sent to me,says need to repair,we would like a refund through Makro...never ever had such bad service,and the repair division not telling head office the truth,never was refused to be repaired,The machine was collected and taken to Caledon.Please can this matter be resolved,how a company can allow this to happen we do not know,
