Bosch tumble dryer after service

Bought my tumble dryer from Tafelberg Furn in month 8 had an issue. After phoning Tafelberg Furnitures, a call was logged to Bosch appliances services and an Agent contacted me to make an appointment. Cuthbert contacted me to arrange a time to come and look at my tumble dryer. A quick, friendly and professional assessment was made by him. He informed me that some parts needs to be replaced, and no fee will be charged as the machine is still under guarantee. Unfortunately the parts take about 21 working days to arrive, but I will be contacted as soon as he received the parts. True to Cuthbert's word, he contacted me when the parts arrived and he came and fitted and cleaned my appliance.
