Bosch technical service is bad

Im just fed up of the service im receiving from bosch and their technicians, going on for almost 2 months yet my wife cant make use of her nearly 3 year old washing machine, it just stopped working , i logged a call the technicians took nearly 2 weeks to get to my house after receiving numerous messages and i had to follow up on my call out , the fault was found and nothing was then communicated for another 2 weeks i called again and i was told then only no the part is being ordered in it will arrive then then they need to get a technician to come and fit the part then about a week ago a different technician came to my place to fit the part the he refuse as there was roaches so he never fit the part no one then communicate to me that logged the call i then had to call and i was told they cant fit the part because of the pest i then asked what should i do they suggested i get pest control to fumigate which i said ill do that and i had to call and inform them i had it done then a call was logged again no response after i had to call and follow up i was then told the technician will come on Tuesday, (no sense of urgency shown to a customer.
