Bosch stainless steel gas hob -terrible quality and customer care says it's my own problem

Bosch After Sales just dont care. And steel gas hob is the worst product ever. Off course they got my money for a stainless steel gas hob top that scratches and stains so easy after just 1month, I had to replace the stainless steel plate. Now 3 months down the line, it is full of thin scratches again, and I only clean it myself after learning the first time that the scratches so easy, it still looks scratched like the previous one.. Customer Services say it's my own problem.
