Bosch siemens response to ......

My experience is; I bought a R10199 bosch fridge freezer, it broke down and they repaired it through claremont home appliances , [excellent service] the fridge was under warranty , it broke down, same issue again, same scenario, now its broken down , same issue , out of warranty , I AM WAITING TO SEE HOW THEY RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE ISSUE given their buy bosch buy once campaign .
