Bosch Siemens Poor service delivery

Despite recommendations from sales people that Bosch is a superior product to other competitors, the same can not be said for their after sales service. I logged a call for my 6 month old Bosch dishwasher that needs a repair on the 30th June 2021. I received a sms with BJ Nr 219705, that a technician will contact me to set up a appointment time on the 7th of July. I had to follow up on this 3 weeks later. I received a new BJ Nr 222509 on Wednesday 28 July 2021 and was told a technician will contact me to set up a new appointment and guess what I had to again contact them three days later to follow up, this is super poor and I can definitely NOT recommend my friends and family to buy Bosch products, as they clearly do not care about the after sales service to their clients.
