Bosch Siemens home appliances.

After my complaint about my iQ 300 Siemens drier I got contacted the same day by a Bosch/Siemens rep. Their customer service was fantastic. They offered a workable solution and even though I would never recommend anyone to buy the iQ 300 Drier I am happy with the way my complaint was handled and thanks to the Bosch/Siemens team I will be getting a replacement drier.
