Bosch Siemens - Extremely bad products

I bought a brand new Bosch Gas oven/stove combination for R7 500.00 from Makro not even a year ago. For the first 6 months the grill of the oven did not work, so I reported it and they said, they will fix it. The technician came out only 16 days after the problem was reported, only for the oven to work for 2 months and break again.

I now want a refund or another oven. This is ridiculous.
