BOSCH - SIEMENS - BAD AFTER SERVICE - TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

Bought a top Fridge bottom Freezer combination in October 2020. 6 months later the fridge stopped working. I bought the fridge from Hirsch's. They do not even take the fridge in and do an exchange for you, but they call Bosch to come out to you. they send a technician 2 days later after me calling a few times. The technician comes out and advises that the fridge is still new and should get replaced. But Bosch still not coming with a fridge. Its now been 6 days that I am left without a fridge because no one wants to resolve this issue. maybe before spending R12000.00 on a new top of the range fridge like Bosch, do consider that when it gives you problems everyone *****foots around in assisting while I am the looser as all my food in going rotten. Who will re-imburse me for my food that's gone bad? VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I truly feel cheated.
