Bosch Siemens Appliance services simply shocking ! Stay away !

Simply terrible service! Faulty Siemens oven logged at the beginning of November and it's now 21 December and still no positive outcome. What's worse is their lackluster call center who are so *********** and unreliable. If i get told one more time "we will get back to you same day" i'm going to actually start calling them ****s. The cheek of them to tell me the Technician is in the area when they have no control over their outsourced 3rd party subcontractors. Also no parts in Cape Town for a simple switch? No proactive call closure or follow up even after escalation. I will never buy a Siemens product again! REF ***
