Bosch service disaster

I regret buying our Bosch series 6 washing machine. And the service we received was even worse than the product. The technicians tried to encourage us to bribe them in order to not pay technician fees. Then they came back to replace the motor and the spin cycle did not work. It’s been three weeks since our inquiry. And since the motor has been replaced we have had an error code which wasn’t there before, and the technicians say now we will probably need to pay in. It’s been over a week since they were here and we are still waiting for the machine to be collected for repair and a replacement machine to be delivered. I phoned the call center again only to have my call be cut off again by the most unhelpful operators. It’s a disaster, I don’t know how much longer I need to do my large family’s washing by hand.
