Bosch service centrum has the worst service

We bought a bosch series 6 washing mashine. We are having problems with the mashine. Its only one year old. We called bosch service centrum so they can come out. They said within 48 hours a technician will have come out. It been two week. We are phoning every day. Then they will tell us they will come today. Nothing. Next day the same story. We are struggling.
