Bosch Series 8 oven is a waste of money

I bought a Bosch Series 8 Oven in 2019. None of the “Assist” functions work properly, everything comes out burnt. The thermofan doesn’t bake evenly. I complained to Bosch, didn’t help at all. The only function that was worthwhile was the meat probe. I made perfect roasts every time. Until it stopped working. The oven sees it, but does not give me the option to set the core temperature. When you plug it in again it doesn’t see the probe. I Googled the problem and it seems that a lot of people have this problem. The "smart" oven is a waste of money.
