Bosch poor Service

Bought a new oven, installed it and it wasn’t working. Phoned Bosch and they made me wait 3 days for someone to assist me and still waiting. They say the technician will come assist me later today(3rd day). After I told them that I couldn’t make food for 4days already because my previous oven broke. They do not care about the customer and the inconvenience their slow service is causing me. #givemeanewstove
