Bosch: not fixing dishwasher under warranty

Worst after sale service ever! I've been struggling since April to have my dishwasher (still under warranty) fixed. The call center keeps giving me a date for the technician to visit to fix the machine. He however NEVER pitches. I wanted to buy a Bosch tumble drier but have changed my mind due to this. I will not support them again.
