Bosch - no German service in SA!

It is impossible to get a telephonic response from Bosch Service as they just do not answer their phones! Do not buy Bosch Home Appliances because once they start to need repair you don’t get the back-up service required! Parts are not available and when they do order a part it arrives weeks later and is often not the correct part!
