BOSCH LIE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE - BROKEN FRIDGE MORE THAN A MONTH!!!!!!!!!

We bought a fridge over a month ago, has never worked from day1!!!!! our educators have not have any fridge and we just keep getting excuses! i have and i am currently on a call over 25 mins where even a manager Sinphiwe Mabelane has blatantly attempted lying saying where we bought the fridge when they know its on their system which was confirmed day before with consultant Lwazi, ITS BEEN A MONTH PAID CASH FOR AN APPLIANCE THAT DOES NOT WORK

PLEASE be very CAREFUL buying any appliances from Bosch, there is no after service, they simply do not care once paid for!!!! I have been calling only 2 days to assist my management
