Bosch inferior product

I purchased Bosch touch screen at Makro with a warranty. One of the small plates stopped working about about 4 months from the start of use. I waited to see if the other three will fail also. after 10 moths I then reported . The electrician came and said that the ****roaches damaged the stove. I believe that if the ****roaches can damage the stove then its a very fragile stove to be associated to Bosch quality products. I am not happy with this product.
