Bosch gas hob

In January 2024 I bought brand new Bosch gas hob. I contacted Bosch service centre to send me technician to check. The people from the call center were extremely rude and moody. The technician who came was so unhelpful he never changed the jets. My hob still not working. Very disappointed!
