Bosch fridge breaks after 2 months!!

Bought a Bosch fridge and it packed up after 2 months. Logged a call on 22/4 and the technician was out the next day to assess. It's now a week later and no ETA on repair. I asked for a loan unit but again no response from Bosch except "waiting for management". I asked for replacement fridge and no response. Clearly management don't care so avoid this brand in South Africa.
