Bosch fire

Apparently my Bosch dishwasher is on recall because of a ‘small risk of fire’. I gave the model number to the call center agent in January, who promised me that ‘someone from technical’ will ‘get back to me’. It’s now March and NOBODY from Bosch has had the common courtesy to even contact me, let alone advise me about the recall on this model number! So if it does cause a fire, who pays???
