BOSCH - ****PIEST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

****piest service ever - we bought a Bosch washing machine and we were provided with a voucher number to get R500 worth of OMO Auto Washing liquid. The first time we wanted to redeem the voucher the store, Shoprite told us that they did not have stock and when we went back there today, we were told that the voucher doesn't allow them to put the transaction through.

When I called Bosch they told me I must resend them invoice, etc, which I provided them with before.

This is the ****piest service i ever received and all the calls and trips to the store is costing me more than R500.
