Bosch bad service

We bought a Front Loader washing machine at Massons Benoni for my Son in Bloemfontein. Only after 3 days ( 4rd May 2019)we encountered problems with unit this was reported to Massons Benoni. We had to log complaint on line and even phoned Bosch with no help at all. Today the 19th May 2019 we still have not received any feed back!
