Bosch backs out of after sale service.

I purchased a Bosch vacuum cleaner from an online shop. After 3 months it stopped working ,we have cheked everything but no power at all. I am trying to get Bosch to assist but being told that they are not dealing with smaller appliances. I am directed to take it to any store that sells Bosch. This is nonsens I have paid a lot for a Bosch product and I need an after sales service. Bosch telling me its not their problem!!!!!
