Bosch Appliances: Was told part takes 6 weeks looks more like 6 months. Shocking Service

I contacted Bosch in August 2020 as my oven glass shattered and needed to be replaced. Was told it would take 6 weeks for the part to arrive from Germany.

It has been 5 months and after phoning again today I am told the part is still in order? Everytime we communicate its a different story.

I am so angry I just want to go and buy my own part somewhere...Can Bosch maybe tell me if anybody has the part I need in Cape town so I can buy it there? Clearly I am wasting my time with Bosch.
