Bosch Appliances: German service excellence??

Bought a Bosch dishwasher in May 2024 from Takealot. This with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. Our dishwasher is now non operational. Bosch’s response to our initial reporting of our problem (Ref No: ***) was to advise that a technician would contact us within 48 hours of our notifying them. It is now 192 hours later and we have yet to have either a technician or Bosch Service Dept call us. This also in spite of our making numerous telephone calls to them. Each response from a Bosch agent resulted in promises of A CALL BACK and/ or escalation of our concerns to management level…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DATE! Our problem needs to be resolved URGENTLY as we will be hosting our extended family over a period of a month during the Christmas holidays.
