Bosch Appliances aren’t reliable service worse

I bought a Bosch fridge last year, it started beeping nonstop, I contacted Bosch centre, they sent their technician, fridge started giving me more problems, now is started not freezing, I called again, technician kept coming twice a week the fridge becomes worse now it makes funny sounds, when I’m calling them they keep promising they’ll call and they never do. I honestly regret trusting their products are good, I should’ve sticked to other Brands 😢
