Bosch apliances

I bought a new washing machine from home & hyper , it did not work from unpacking it. I bought it 30 Jan , its now 8 days later and all that happened is a tech showed up looked at it for 5 min said something about a module and left. No phone call from bosch or the tech. And the service at home & hyper is terrible.
