BOSCH AND SIEMENS HOME APPLIANCES - A DISGRACE!

This is a follow up to the complaint about Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances on the 6th of June. Yesterday, 9 June GT Appliance and Factory Shop delivered my fridge, supposedly fixed. The fridge came back filthy – I took photos of it. It looked like it was being used in someone’s backyard. The freezer shelves were ****** and there was still a 5Litre frozen water in the fridge. The freezer section of the fridge was slightly frosted. Whoever was using the fridge didn’t bother cleaning it after use. I think BOSCH AND SIEMENS HOME APPLIANCES read my review and told the technician to return the fridge to shut me up! It looks like BOSCH sent the fridge to some backyard technician – who didn’t bother fixing the fridge, but used it for personal use. This ‘supposed technician’ has roaches in their house. My fridge came back with roaches. I do NOT have roaches in my house. Today I saw one creeping from under the fridge.. The fridge is NOT FIXED.. Yesterday I cleaned the fridge and let it stand for 24hrs. Within 3hrs of switching it on, it is icing up again. The temperature display is still as faulty as it was before the ‘repairs’ – still giving a dummy reading of 4 and -18 I NOW HAVE TO FUMIGATE MY HOUSE – I DON’T KNOW WHAT OTHER CREATURES WILL CRAWL OUT OF THE FRIDGE.. SHAME ON YOU BOSCH AND SIEMENS HOME APPLIANCES.. YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!!
