My son and I bought a serie 6, mind you series 6 ,PowerPlus washing machine some months ago. This is the worst designed washing machine, which Bosch acknowledged when adressing our complaint. It uses its stasoft and detergent simultaneounsly. No other washing machine does that. So its not outomatic. They have no resolution and seem not to care to do something abt it as to warn the customer not to buy or replace such bad designs. FORD AND SAMSUNG would have.
