Boch Auto-cook

I bought a Bosch Auto-cook last year. It’s still under warranty. One of the features is that once your meal in done it switched off automatically. A few month back the machine stopped switching off automatically and as a result my food got burned a few times. I reported the matter to Bosch. They collect the machine and “serviced” it. After almost 2 months I got my machine back and it still failed to switch off. I reported it again and to date I’m still struggling to get someone to assist me. The assigned person to my complaint just keep on saying that they can’t reach me but I have not received any calls and I also tried to phone the number that was given to me but no luck. I will definitely not recommend the Auto-cook to anyone it’s a very expensive machine and you end up with burned dinner. The after sale of Boch is pathetic. Very disappointed!!!!!!
