BIG LET DOWN BY BSH

I have been attempting to have BSH send out a technician to inspect a shattered inner glass for my Siemens microwave which they replaced in June! I am sent messages on my cell phone informing me that someone will attend but no one ever does. When I phone to ask why they seem to have no explanation for causing me such inconvenience! It really must be a basic requirement for any service company to be able to communicate! It seems that these people cannot do this and hence I will never use them again. It says a great deal when they don't post a single reply to the numerous other complaints on this site.
