Beware public buying Siemens machines

Beware public buying Siemens machines, I have been waiting 5 months for an answer from Siemens regarding their built in Coffee machine TK68E570/01 ,after it started to malfunction .There is absolutely no support, we are sent all over and nobody wants to sort out their problem. Be very careful with any Siemens machine ,as you can end up with no support.
