Bad service

I phoned Bosch yesterday to find out when they would be coming to repair my washing 6 month old washing machine. I was told that someone would contact me yesterday afternoon to give me a time for today. I have just phoned again and am now told that someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I cancelled the arrangements I had for today because a service agent made me believe that the repair would be done today. As like all South African companies, the service from Bosch is disgusting and its what we should expect.
