BAD QUALITY

My Bosch Vacuum cleaner is 5 months old and the brush has gone. I find the quality of Bosch absolutely terrible. When I tried to get hold of a manger to discuss this with them, I was told they were all in a meeting and would call me back immediately ...... that was 48 hours ago still nothing. When I tried calling back this morning I waited on the line and was cut off. How do I get hold of someone high up in the company to let them know the quality of their products and try and find out how to sort my vacuum out. Please I beg of Bosch can someone contact me ASAP !
