Bad Bosch

<p>I have a Bosch fridge/freezer for which I LUCKILY purchased an extended warranty. I have had a few call outs this year alone. I was again promised that a senior member of the team would phone me. I cannot operate without a reliable fridge freezer. Everytime there is another issue. This fridge needs to be replaced!!! I am not getting the service from a so called superior product!!!!</p> <p> </p>
