Back to washing by hand

<p>We bought a bosch dishwasher at game stores about 2 months ago.It hasn't been cleaning our dishes.We keep on putting it back and washing again.It's now so bad that we wash it by hand.We use salt,rinse aid,and tablets.Bosch came to our house and the guy removed a plastic insert that was apparently only to be put in when using powder.It didnt help at all.We are fedd up now.It is water restrictions and we are using more water now due to re washing.We do not want this machine anymore.waste of time and money</p>
