Another broken Bosch washing machine (with no after sales support)

Our second Bosch washing machine in 3 years broke down two weeks ago with a faulty controller. We have been given the runaround by Bosch after sales service now for over a week, and we’re still none the wiser as to what is going on. The issue has apparently been escalated to a Meredith, but the enigmatic Meredith is yet to phone us back, despite being assured the phone call is imminent for the past few days. So much for superior German engineering. This is absolutely pathetic, and will certainly be the last time I buy a Bosch appliance
