A wonderful employee

I emailed your service department for 2 spare parts I needed for my gas stove. The one part Bosch did not supply as this was linked to the gas unit. Your employee Peter Chauke took it upon himself to find the part for me in his spare time, and when he found the part, refused any money or compensation for sourcing the part. Peter told me he was just happy that he could assist me with the part. Where do you find such employees? Bosch you can be very proud to boost that you have such an employee. Peter can only add huge value to your establishment. Again, well done Peter.
