Disgusting service

Good day, Am writting this review with a heavy heart, i took my car to be serviced for major service 30th May 2026, and they did not change the spark plugs at all.. When i took it again for a minor service 14 August, i realized that they only changed the oil and oil filter, i then enquired and was told that's the only thing they required to change, i got my partner to call and inquire what a minor service entail.. They were told the air filter is also changed... My car is broken and can't drive properly because of dirty filter and worn out spark plugs.. These guys charged be 1800 to only change the oil.. This can't be right
