Bosch service center R55 Bad service.
I took my car for service on the 4th July 2026 and guess what, they didn't put back the splash plate that covers the bottom of the engine and when calling them for the plate they tell me they put if back and also my car is leaking oil which it never did before taking the car for service. I regret taking my car there.

Bad customer service
Took my car there for a major service was told to collect at 12:30 as they close at 13:00 ended up leaving there after at allmost 15:00 I was told there driver had an accident I'm still not sure what that has to do with the service on my car I just had a feeling when I dropped my car off that something wasn't right very unorganised and they never carried out any of my requests I am actually going to take the car to get checked out and make sure they carried out what I was charged for these guys don't have a clue on what they are doing

Never go there for maintenance or repairs, please.I took my car in for a significant service, and they charged me a lot of money just to change the oil only.I will never suggest them because of the terrible treatment I had from them.
