Bosch Mount Edgecombe - worse service ever!

Had my vehicle serviced at the Bosch service centre at Mount Edgecombe Durban. Worse service ever! Ended up paying in excess of R10k for a service, only to have my vehicle in worse of condition. Alignment off, dents on the body with paint chips, issues not attended to and all round lack of professionalism. The owners threatened me into silence with legal action hence I've created this account for the main purpose of sharing my experience. We've since had the car serviced by a back-door mechanic and i feel confident that im better off taking my vehicle there.
