Disappointed, disgusted and frustrated at Bosch Car services in Howick (KZN)

On 3 Feb 2025 I took my car to Bosch Howick for repairs after I had noticed oil sludge contamination inside the coolant overflow tank, They quoted me R11k for parts to fix the car. After doing some shopping around, I findout that parts were only costing R3500 from the same source they buy from, Masterparts Pmb. I bought the parts and gave to them to fix the car but informed them of the excessive quote and the dishonesty shown. Sighting that I caught them; after installing the parts they intentionally broke my car further, hoping that I will accept the quote to fix engine valves that were burnt by their technician who test drove the car without filling in enough oil and water in the car. Their quoted me R55k to fix the valves. After a long fight with them I decided to take the car to the agent, the agent charged me R22k to fix the car, WHAT DO YOU CALL THAT OVERPRICING BY BOSCH.....A ****. They use unqualified technicians who know nothing about mechanical work, all they know is ripping out people to the last of the hard-earned cent. BE WARNED AND NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. YOU STAND A CHANCE TO BE ****** AS WELL
