Bosch Hilfox

Had my car serviced on 21st Nov 23 and supposedly everything was checked and what had to be replaced was replaced. Then I did not drive my car for 8 weeks as I was away. Got back from holiday, and my car was creaking when I turned the steering wheel. I phoned to tell Bosch Hillfox and they said to me I must bring it in and they will check what the problem is, according to them the bolts on my steering column are loose. This had happened because of vibration and because my car is old. My car has only done 43000kms and hadn’t been driven for 8 weeks. So I say this *******, and then get charged to tighten bolts and lubricants sprayed onto the steering column. Wouldn’t recommend Bosch Hillfox.
