Brilliant Service

I bought a Bosch sander which did not suit my application. I contacted Bosch Head Office and was helped by Andrew Bussey.<br> What and absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He solved my problem, put me on the right track for the correct tool I needed and then made sure that it was despatched to me ASAP.<br> Thanks to the great help and service my business downtime was shortened.<br> Nice to know that Bosch does care and they are first on the list for more tools as a result of the help and friendlyness.<br> 10 stars for a great job.
